Taban Shahnazari (Tuh-Bawn, Sha-Nuh-Zar-E) is a grounded, quick-witted, and magnetic actress located in Chicago, Illinois. She recently graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with her BA in Theatre in the Spring of 2025. She has been diving deeper into the world of comedy and sharing her twisted sense of humor through improv and stand-up in the local scene. Besides performing, Taban enjoys cooking, reviewing movies on her blog (check her out on www.themediamaniac.com!), reading naughty books, taking selfies, and hip-hop dancing in her bathroom. She hopes to continue making and being a part of art that strengthens human connection on and off the stage.
